Our small scale pilot plants like baby expellers can run on diesel engines which are highly suitable for areas where there is shortage of electricity. Our cost-effective Baby and Small Baby Machines which have moderate crushing capacity require minimum or low maintenance and are easy to operate. These are designed and developed using advanced technology, hence are energy efficient in their functioning.

Features:

• Bed: The conventional model with two stands has been replaced by a steel fabricated structure ensuring better alignment of the machine. Oil collecting arrangement has also been assimilated in this structure to avoid the addition of an extra oil tank. The tin tanga body and cone body have been integrated to form a single joint body as on the gear box side. The Joint body is cast, machined and bored in one single setting to give perfect alignment. The chances of variations in thickness of cake and the vibration are reduced to a minimum.
• Body: Under the supervision of exceptionally qualified engineers, it is made from highly closed grained casting to ensure continued service without any vibration and is accurately proportioned.
• Gears: Manufactured out of tested alloy steel to ensure smooth running of gears, the gears and pinions are fitted to oil bath case for smooth running. Induction and oil quenching hardness is given to gears for long life.
• Worms and Cage Bars: The most essential part of modern oil milling is the shape, design and material construction of pressing worms and their tested alloy steel to ensure their long life. Material for cage bars used is also of En series
• Bearing and GM Bushes: All imported heavy duty bearings, taper bearings, roller bearings and thrust bearings along with G.M. Bushes are fitted to give the machine long life. World's No.1 ZKL make bearings are fitted in our Oil Expellers
• Long Heating Kettle: The heating Kettle is 8 ft long, which acts as an entry for the material to be extracted where it will be heated(if reqd) so that seed can be softened before entry into the machine for extraction. The Jacketed base of this steam long kettle is properly welded and hydraulically tested on 200lb pressure per sq. to avoid possibility of any leakage.
